Our unit and the surrounding property are non-smoking and non-vaping spaces.

Our condo is part of a community called "The Beach House at Saratoga", located directly on Saratoga Beach in Black Creek, BC. Black Creek is a quiet residential community about 20 minutes north of Courtney and 20 minutes south of Campbell River. There is also a small grocery store (Discovery Foods) 4 minutes away.

We strive to provide an environment suitable for people with allergies. We do not allow pets and provide hypoallergenic bedding/furnishings and no- or low-scent shower products. We also supply portable HEPA air purifiers.

We take pride in our many reviews which say we are the best equipped vacation unit they have ever seen! Please feel free to ask us if you are wondering if we have a specific item. If we don't have it, we'll consider including it! We truly care about your comfort and experience.

We offer a discount for weekly as well as monthly rentals (28 nights). Also note, the province of BC charges no PST on stays of 27 nights or more.
